Just when I thought customer service had all but dissapeared, Dee and Grant from Bayside Caravan Spares at Capalaba popped up on my facebook newsfeed. I wasn't even aware that they were there. I have been looking for a local business that put customers first and actually put the safety and welfare of those customers above the need to stock inferior products. I checked thier store out today and was impressed by the range, (given the physical size) and quality of that range. Dee gives 100% to each and every customer that comes into her store and I won't be going anywhere else for my caravan needs. They will use your name, treat you like family and give you a much needed 100% positive experience.🥰

Had the misfortune of a water leak in the RV today. Was recommended by Big Sky Caravan Repairs to contact Bayside Caravan Spares, I’m glad for that recommendation, as Dee couldn’t do enough for me, she had all the fittings I required and more. A small shop packed to the rafters with all manor of parts for RVs. Thank you Dee for your assistance, you have a great business, that was sadly missing in the area. Dee from Bayside Caravan Spares was very helpful and provided truly great service. By first listening carefully to my urgent issue she was able to find the critical part I needed on the spot. Great service

I highly recommend Bayside Caravan shop. I needed an urgent help with gas connection last week and I couldn't find what I was looking for. I rang the shop, not only they kept the regulator aside for me, but they waited for me till I got there and also charged a very reasonable price for a top brand regulator. I have called them twice since then for help and they have listened and helped. I am happy that this shop is not closing down. I met previous owner and new owner last week, both are very nice, helpful people.
